Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt and (if any) notify us within 7 working days of delivery via email if the Goods are damaged. If you have received the wrong goods, please do not open the package and inform us immediately.

Failure to do so will be deemed that you have accepted the goods. If you wish to return any goods for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods, provided the goods are in a new and unused condition.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it is a mistake on our part. If a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by yourself  to us for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by us via email.

If an item is found defective and still within the manufacturer warranty period, it will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.

Please note, as per the CPA, we are allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device.

Prior consent from us must be approved via email before any goods are shipped back to us. All returns are your responsibility until the returned goods reach the us.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and full packaging. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to your fault/negligence, refunds and warranties will not be applied.

With all purchases, we provide a 7-day policy where if the product is at fault, we will exchange it. Refunds are only issued once we have had the opportunity to resolve the issue with you. If you require a refund, all goods must be returned to us by post at your expense, ensuring they are returned in good condition.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Regrettably, E-Liquids, disposable vapes, and tanks cannot be returned. Please contact us regarding any issues.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned goods, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
